The Perry County Herald is officially compliant with Section 6-8-60 of the Code of Alabama as a Newspaper of General Circulation for the purposes of satisfying the state’s legal notice publication requirement. The Herald is qualified to publish notices from city, county, and state government entities, election notices, requests for proposals or qualifications, bid solicitations, notices of completion, notices by publication, foreclosure notices, and estate notices.
