Dusty Dawn Tetrick Davis, 47 of Gallion, AL went to her eternal home on July 1, 2023. She was born on September 30, 1975 in Springfield, MO to Michael Tetrick and Sherry L. Webb Tetrick. She was a Physical Therapy Assistant at Whitfield Regional Hospital.
Dusty is an alumni of Lebanon High School and Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN. She married Jimmy Davis on August 3, 2002. As a member of PTA, she was kind, motivating, and willing to listen to others. She brought sunshine into the lives of all those she knew. She was a member of Gallion Baptist Church and was involved with the women’s groups and helped plan many events. She built a strong bond with her church family. During her time of sickness, she had time to reflect on what was important in life. She read her bible every day, prayed for others, and tried to tell everyone she met about Jesus.
She is survived by her parents; her husband, Jimmy Davis; her sons: Ty Davis and Bo Davis; her sister Jade Benson of Brixey, MO; her brothers: Kenny Bennett (Jessica) of Mansfield, MO and Josh Benson of Udal, MO; and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at Gallion Baptist Church. Funeral services began at 5:30 pm, also at the church with the Rev. Nick Dorsey officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes, Demopolis Chapel directing. Pallbearers were: Jimmy Davis, Ty Davis, Bo Davis, and Mike Tetrick.
Interment was held in Blanche Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to Robertson Bank in Demopolis, or the Davis Family Benefit Fund.
