Clyde Aubrey Green, 75 of Marion, AL went to his eternal home on July 5, 2023. He was born on May 17, 1948 in Tuscaloosa, AL to Clyde Ulman Green and Mary Louise Clinton Green. He was an Equipment Operator and Owner.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, John Thomas Green. He is survived by his wife, Margie Hughey Green; his sons: Jeff Green (Abbey), and Jim Green; his sister-in-law, Anne Green; and his brother: Earl Wayne Green (Pat). He is also survived by his two grandchildren: Allea Green Martin (Aaron) and Wheeler Green and one great-grandchild, Levi Martin.
Visitation was held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Bethlehem Methodist Church. Funeral services began at 11:00 am, also at the church with Jonathan Goode officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes, Marion Chapel directing. Interment followed at the Bethlehem Methodist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Larry Williams, Jimmy Moore, Larry Horne, Dusten Green, Earl Giddiens, and Chuck Elkins. Honorary Pallbearers are the GLC Coffee Club.
