Saturday, August 17, Pastor Derek “The Changeman” Smith will be in town for a one-night performance. Tickets are available now with local businesses such as JT Fashion in Marion carrying tickets for those interested. V.I.P. tables will be available in a limited amount, with those tickets costing $30 in advance or $45 the day of the show.
Doors open at 5 PM with the concert beginning at 7 PM. DJ Show Nuff from Columbia, South Carolina, will be hosting the concert. Katonyi DJ Hoskins will be acting as crowd control during the event. Pastor Derek Smith is set to perform, among other selections, his hit song “Crazy Bout You”, which has held much popularity among modern southern soul music.
