Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on July 18, 2006 by Joe N. Perry and Bettie J. Wilkerson by deed dated December 1, 1964, and recorded in the Probate Office of Perry county, Alabama, in Book 413, at Page 571; thence from this point of beginning run West 122 feet, thence run North 100 feet, thence run East 122 feet, thence Run South 100 feet to the point of Beginning.

Parcel III:
Commence on the west ROW line of a City Street as laid out by Floyd Cook, Alabama Registered Land Surveyor, map of said street being recorded in the Probate Office of Perry County, Alabama, in Map Book 1, Page 23, said Point of Beginning being the SE corner of the Averil Wilkerson lot as shown on said map; then south 100 feet to a stake then west 188 feet to a stake, then north 100 feet to a stake, then east 188 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.

Separate sealed bids for the construction of Waterworks and Sewer Board of the City of Uniontown – Water Meter Project will be received at 1055 Washington Street, Uniontown, Alabama 33786, until 2:00 P.M. C.D.S.T. on December 20, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The project includes the following work: Replacement of existing water meters with Ultrasonic water meters.

The attention of all bidders is called to the provisions of State Law governing “General Contractors” as set forth in Chapter Eight of Title Thirty Four of the 1975 Code of Alabama as amended.

All BIDDERS must comply with the requirement of the Contractor’s Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work for which a proposal is submitted. The submission of the BIDDER’s current State of Alabama License number will be required before his/her BID will be received or considered and shall be written on the outside of the envelope in which Bid is submitted.
