Crawford, Sr., Judge of the Probate Court of said state and county, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against said estate must file such claims within the time allowed by law, or they will be barred forever.

PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given to the interested public that the City Council of the City of Greensboro will hold a Public Hearing at the Greensboro City Hall Council Chambers on Monday, February 21, 2022, at 6:30 p.m.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider the proposed zoning change (rezoning) of partial or all of the following tax maps and lot numbers properties from R-1 to B-2:

PARCEL II: That certain lot or parcel of land, ln the City of Greensboro, Alabama, bordering on the West side of Demopolis Street and mote particularly described as follows. Beginning at a fence corner at the Northwest corner of Jones Lot, which fence corner is approximately 700 feet West and 600 feet south of the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 20 North, Range 5 East, from said fence corner run North 66 degrees East 333 feet, to a cedar fence post, thence North 21 degrees East, 109 feet to the center of 24” oak tree; thence South 87 degrees East for a distance of 298 feet to the West right-of-way line of Demopolis Street, thence in a Southwesterly direction along the said right-of-way a distance of 299 feet to the intersection of the said street margin with a fence, thence North 88 degrees West along said fence for a distance of 450 feet, to the point of beginning. Said property was a part of the home place of Amanda W. Seed, who was deceased, at the time. (See Deed Book A-30 at Page 366 and Deed Book A-30 at Page 367, in the office of the Probate Judge of Hale County, Alabama). Subject to the right-of-way of any public utility now in use over and across the premises.

PARCEL II: Begin at a fence corner at the Northwest corner of the property known as the Jones Lot which fence corner is approximately 700 feet west and 600 feet East of the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 20, Range 5 East. From said fence corner run South 16 degrees East 360 feet to the West right-of-way line of Demopolis Street, thence in a Northeasterly direction along the West margin of said Demopolis Street 487 feet to the property known as the Seed Estate; thence North 88 degrees West along the line between the said Seed Estate property and the said Jones lot 450 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This being a part of the property described in and conveyed by the deed of Florence L. Jefferies to Fannie E. Jones dated December 18, 1984, and recorded in Deed Book N, Page 599, in the office of the Probate Judge of Hale County, Alabama, and being the same and identical property described in and conveyed to William C. Christian and Mary c. Christian by deed dated March 14, 1952, and recorded in Deed Book A-30, Page 364 in the office of the Probate Judge of Hale County, Alabama. Said property contains in the aggregate 3 1/2 acres, more or less.

MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on June 26, 2015 by Logan Hunt and Leeah Walker, husband and wife, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for First Federal Bank, FSB, and recorded in Mortgage Book 2015 at Page 426 on July 2, 2015, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Hale County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as reflected by instrument recorded in Mortgage Book 2020, Page 503 of the same Office.
