Legal Notice MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on June 26, 2015 by Logan Hunt and Leeah Walker, husband and wife, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for First Federal Bank, FSB, and recorded in Mortgage Book 2015 at Page 426 on July 2, 2015, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Hale County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as reflected by instrument recorded in Mortgage Book 2020, Page 503 of the same Office. Begin at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 20 North, Range 4 East, marked with an iron pipe; thence run North 0° 44′ 09″ East along the section line between Sections 11 and 12 for a distance of 445.00 feet to a point; thence run North 89° 15′ 54″ West for a distance of 10 feet (See Deed Book A-60, Page 181) on the West margin of a 10-foot right-of-way to an iron pipe which is the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run North 89° 15′ 54″ West for a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence run North 0° 44′ 08″ East for a distance of 309.70 feet to an iron pipe on the South boundary of an old road; thence run South 76° 15′ 30″ East for a distance of 153.96 feet to an iron pipe on the West margin of said 10-foot right-of-way; thence run South 0° 44′ 15″ West parallel with the East boundary of Section 11, for a distance of 275.05 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said parcel being located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 11, Township 20 North, Range 4 East, in Hale County, Alabama. Rollins, Sr. and Shirly S. Ryans, Superintendent at Hale County School System located at 1115 Powers Street, Greensboro, AL 36744; Phone: 334-624-8836, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 15, 2022, then opened and read aloud. All General Contractors bidding this project shall be required to visit the site and examine all existing conditions prior to submitting their proposal.
