Proceeds from Faunsdale Music Festival, Memorial Day weekend, will help rebuild town after tornado

“We are grateful for your patience and for the many donations as we have worked to clean up the damage from the tornado that hit the town of Faunsdale,” said organizers of the Faunsdale Music Festival. “Join us for the rescheduled Music Festival on Saturday, May 28th to regroup and enjoy the music and crawfish that was postponed due to the storm.

All proceeds from this year’s festival will benefit the Faunsdale Foundation and will help us continue with clean-up and recovery. From 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. we will enjoy the music of the Taylor Hunnicutt Band and Tab & The Mojo with the crawfish provided by Blake Hargroeder. You can also purchase catfish from the SouthFresh food truck. It’s BYOB, so bring your coolers and chairs and enjoy your Memorial Day Saturday afternoon in Faunsdale.

The Faunsdale Music Festival was originally scheduled to be held in April of this year, before a tornado devastated the small Marengo County town.
