WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a mortgage from TAFFIE J DOBBINS, to CHASE BANK USA, N.A., on the 24th day of May, 2006, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Hale County, Alabama, on June 9, 2006, in Deed/Mortgage Book 346, Page 175, Hale County, Alabama Records, said Mortgage having subsequently been transferred and assigned to U.S. Bank N.A., as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the J.P. Said legal description being controlling, however the property is more commonly known as 107 COUNTY RD 59, MOUNDVILLE, AL 35474.
