Dorothy Lee Hunter died July 30 at DCH Regional Medical Center at the age of 60. She was born June 18, 1962 to Catherine Lee and Issac Gooden.
She confessed hope in Christ at an early age and later joined Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her mother, father, and a brother, Robert Lee.
Survivors include two sons, Timothy Lee (Jamillia) and Robert Hunter, both of Tuscaloosa; two sisters, Leanna Scott and Julia Lee, both of Greensboro; two grandchildren, Tyleik Lamar Lee and Jaymee Katherine Lee, both of Tuscaloosa; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 6, 2022 at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Calvin Johnson officiating and Washington and Paige Mortuary directing.
