Dr. Bethany Windham Engle and Eve W. Engle of Greensboro will have a joint mother and daughter art opening today, Thursday, April 20, at the 5&Dime in Selma. The opening will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and will feature a reception. Local musician and artist Jason Irvin will entertain.
Dr. Bethany Engle’s paintings, drawings, and photographs will be on display and available for purchase. Eve Engle’s collection, which includes costumes, millinery, jewelry, and decorative work, will also be on display and available for purchase. The gallery space and exhibit will be open again for the First Saturday in Selma event scheduled for May 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
