INVITATION TO BID Sealed Proposals will be received by Breakthrough Charter School, from vendors Above Ground Pre-fabricated (ICC 500) StormShelters. The project is located at Judson College in Marion, AL. Vendors must be capable of fabricating, delivering, installing, and providing concrete footings designed by a structural engineer registered in the State of Alabama. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed via certified mail to ArchitectureWorks, LLP, 130 19th Street South, Birmingham, AL 35233, Attn: Scott Thompson. Mailed bids must indicate “Sealed Bid En-closed” on the external envelope. Bids will be publicly opened at this location at 2:30 PM CDT, on October 5th,2023. Bid opening can also be viewed via videoconference. Contact Architect noted below no later than (2) days prior to Obtaining a link to view the bid opening. A cashier’s check or bid bond payable to Breakthrough Charter School in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder’s proposal.
