Christopher Lamar Ward, 29, of Uniontown, was arrested on November 14, 2023, on charges including attempted murder, reckless endangerment, and third-degree criminal mischief. The alleged incident occurred on November 6, 2023, at the Meadows Apartments in Uniontown, Perry County, Alabama. Ward is accused of shooting at a victim, striking them in the left thigh, and firing multiple rounds which presented a substantial risk of serious physical injury to the victim and to bystanders. Additionally, Ward is charged with shooting out a back driver window of a vehicle, causing property damage.
