Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Joan Harris to United States of America, acting through The Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, dated August 30, 1985 said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Perry County, Alabama, in Book 506, Page 169 . Said mortgage was subsequently sold, assigned and transferred to Secretary, United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development. Job Goals:
- Establish performance criteria for competition and manage athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions to promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
- Instruct athletes in fundamentals, develop character, and model expected behavior.
- Ability to work with players, parents, administration, and other coaches.
- Ensure that student-athletes practicing or playing have been cleared through the Athletic Director.
- Attend the AHSAA sponsored rules clinics for his/her sports.

The Association of County Commissions of Alabama (ACCA), in coordination with the Local Recovery Planning Program Consortium (Consortium), has prepared and submitted to the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) for review a Local Recovery Plan (LRP) to respond to unmet needs from Hurricanes Sally and Zeta, which struck in 2020, for Consortium members Clarke, Dallas, Escambia, Marengo, Perry, Washington, and Wilcox counties. The LRP identifies disaster unmet needs, hazard mitigation needs, and potential project types for these 7 counties to be funded by Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grant funds.
The public is invited to attend the Close-Out Meeting for the Planning Portion of this CDBG-DR grant program. The meeting will include a review of the activities completed pursuant to the planning process to identify unmet needs from the impacts of Hurricanes Sally and Zeta, as well as an update on the status of the LRP.

Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is MANDATORY for all General Contractor Bidders intending to submit a Proposal, and is highly recommended for all Subcontractors. Bids from Prequalified General Contractor Bidders who do not attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be rejected.
This project is being bid EXCLUDING TAXES, and requires the Contractor comply with the requirements of Act 2013-205, which was signed into law on May 9, 2013. The Contractor and the Owner will be required to apply for Certificates of Exemption with the Alabama Department of Revenue which will handle administration of the Certificates. The Contractor shall account for the tax savings on the Proposal Form.
Additional qualifications and requirements for General Contractor Bidders and separate Subcontractors and Manufacturers are indicated in the Bid and Contract Documents.
