Arthur was known to his family as a source of strength, wisdom, and unconditional love. As a husband, he was devoted and steadfast. As a father, he provided guidance, encouragement, and a lasting example of integrity and faith. As a brother, he shared enduring bonds of love and support.

Affectionately called “Pawpaw,” Arthur’s love extended far beyond his immediate family. He welcomed others with open arms, a warm smile, and a kind heart. His children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren brought him immense joy, and he treasured every moment spent sharing stories, laughter, and wisdom with them. His presence created comfort and belonging for all who knew him.

As Scripture reminds us, he longed to hear the words: “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

Arthur Hartley will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever treasured by all who had the blessing of knowing him. May he rest in eternal peace and glory.
