A Uniontown man is facing a felony burglary charge after authorities say he unlawfully entered a Buck Avenue dwelling this month.
Dalvin Le’Quan Collins, 29, of Uniontown, was arrested August 13 on a charge of burglary, third degree, according to Perry County District Court records. A sworn complaint alleges Collins knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling on Buck Avenue in Uniontown on or about August 10 with the intent to commit a crime inside.
Bond was set at $7,500, and Collins was in jail, according to court records dated August 13.
