Stanley Holifield of Marion died August 12 at the age of 98. He was born June 6, 1924. Visitation will be held Thursday, Aug. 18 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. at Melvin Miller Funeral Service in Marion. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 19, graveside, at 2:00 p.m. at New Fellowship Baptist Church on Highway 14 west in Marion. Melvin Miller Funeral Service of Marion directed.
