Hale County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a Marion man on charges of rape and sodomy, according to records released by the department this week.
Rodriquez Curry, 27, of Marion, was arrested for two counts of second-degree rape and two counts of second-degree sodomy on Monday, March 6.
No further information was available as of press time.
Two other Perry County residents appeared in this week’s Hale County jail log. They were:
Thomas Ferguson. Jr., 48, Marion, was arrested for driving under the influence on Saturday, March 11.
Billy Quayshaun Mayo, 27, Uniontown, was arrested for nine counts of failure to appear on Saturday, March 11.
