As pictured above, numerous law enforcement vehicles responded to a call on Monday about an accidental gun discharge that left a child mortally wounded.
The incident occurred that morning at the home of Ashleigh and Allan Kish on Magnolia Street, also known as Industrial Drive, in Marion. The gunshot tragically left the family’s three-year-old daughter dead. The child’s mother was reportedly also injured in the incident.
An outpouring of grief from people throughout the area accompanied the news. The young family have many friends in Perry and Hale Counties.
