Sign-up day is May 21 in Marion for ‘Pass the Mic’ summer camp in Newbern

Love Is What Love Does, in partnership with Newbern Mayor Patrick Braxton and The Crab Box, will be having a signup event for the Pass the Mic Summer Camp. The signup event will be on Saturday, May 21, at The Crab Box in Marion, from 12 PM to 2 PM. The Crab Box will be offering a free lunch with each camp registration. Those looking to redeem the offer must show proof of registration and can redeem the offer only on the same day as registration.
The summer camp is slated to be on the following days: June 13-17, June 20-24, and June 27-July 1. Each camp session will begin at 9:30 AM and run to 3:00 PM each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, at the First Baptist Church Life Center in Newbern. The Pass the Mic Summer Camp is open for children and teens aged 12-19 years of age. Those interested may apply online or contact Mrs. Lewis at 334-553-4239.
